Wow! The whole staff especially Vanessa were so generous to me and their experience and expertise enabled me not to have to sacrifice my own money bit also mt time. I have committed to presenting a spiritual retreat beginning Thursday March 17-20. I was not willing to compromise my time ans I wanted my car back so I could bring it back another day. But Vanessa assured me that she and her team would do everything possible to accommodate me. I know that thw Holy Spirit was assisting in this. May God Bless All of the employees at Bates! You guys do good work. I recommend you all the time to friends and acquaintances, and joke about your sign about not hunting deer with Buicks. When that sign went up, you had just finished repairing my Buick after a deer hit. I thought you were teasing me. Lol.

I had to return my vehicle the same the it was finished after finding 2 huge puddles under my seat. They found the leak & fixed the problem so I took my vehicle home over the weekend. The following night after it rained again I had a puddle of water under my back seat. I had to return the vehicle again this time letting them know about the leak. Also an issue with the passenger door leaking & the bed of my truck appearing to be loose as it would make a really loud noise whenever I hit a bump. I picked up my vehicle today only to find that while they repaired the leak. Not the best patch job either. They also ripped my carpet in the rear cab. Great customer service. Horrible body work, seriously considering not bringing vehicle back to have carpet repaired afraid they may damage something else.
