When I recieved my truck back there was new damage to both drivers side doors, significant sized chips in each door. The detail done was very sub par there was residue and smears all over the truck and windows. My tailgate no longer locks when I lock the truck with the key fob. And this was all after my truck was held hostage for a week because your company didn't submit the proper paperwork to the insurance company when you were supposed to. Also, my external fuel tank in my truck(which is brand new I bought it a week before I dropped the truck off to you) was missing a cap and was apparently left outside so it got water in it and was full of rust. Very displeased with the whole experience at Bates Collision.

Worst experience of service I've ever received not to mention the work done one my car wasn't even mediocre. I'm having to go back with issues and major concerns. Very unprofessional, was even blocked from their phone system after the fact. I'm guessing because they just didn't want to deal with me. Seriously considering calling the BBB. Wish I could speak to the general manager. 10/10 would NEVER recommend the Bates in Channelview, TX. Absolutely positively the worse experience I've ever had with my car and these few words I've typed up don't even do my feelings justice!!!

No updates ever, had I not called in to find out anything my car would probably still be at the shop! Mind you this is after the insurance rental period was up! I had to contact the insurance company constantly myself, no real help at all!

Bates did the job well. I’m happy to finally have the Armada back home. I had to practice patience due to the fact that my insurer was dragging their feet, however Bates also practiced patience with them. Two thumbs up 👍 👍 😂 Thank you.
