Im completely satisfied with my experience at Bay Cities Auto Body! Melyssa and Geo go above and beyond to take care of me and my Lexus. This is the second time they take care of me. From the moment I walked in to have my car repaired, I felt welcomed into the establishment. I was offered cold refreshments and saw smiles all around. Melissa made sure to answer any questions I had, and Gio full explained all the repairs done to my car. The complimentary Uber to and from the establishment was also a pleasant surprise.
