I had absolutely no issues with the service provided or the quality of the work. As expected, everything was exceptional. My only complaint is with Matt and Carlos. There really should be a company policy prohibiting them from looking so much alike. Whether it's the matching haircuts—or lack thereof—they need to establish separate identities. I completely embarrassed myself in a client-filled lobby when I confidently called out the wrong person as they walked away. The entire room got a good laugh at my expense. Other than the ongoing "Which one is which?" situation, everything was perfect. Great job, guys!

Bay cities Autobody did an outstanding job on my vehicle. Everyone in the office was super nice and kind. The repairs were quick and excellent. Hopefully I won't need to go back but if any of my cars need repairs, I will definitely take back to Bay Cities.
