I dealt with Brian mostly , he was professional, consistent, kept me updated constantly regarding my repairs even at one point contacted me to let me know he was not satisfied with how the paint job came out and had it redone. They just do amazing work.

Bay Cities was very professional and did a excellent repair job on our Audi. Brian did a terrific job so that our Audi would be repaired rather than being totaled. We couldn't have been more relieved. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Also, the entire office people are very professional and accommodating.

Brian made the repair all simple. He is straightforward about the process. My car had cosmetic damage from a rear end collision and his knowledge with the repair made very easy. After 3 days, my rear bumper looked like it was replaced rather than them repairing it which they did fix. That’s how much I could tell that they were dedicated to their craft. The people here definitely have a great deal of respect, experience and passion for their work. Much thanks to Brian, Melissa and all the folks from Bay Cities Auto Body for their hard work and support.

Fast service and friendly workers. The reason why I didn’t rate it higher is because it seems like some things in my car that were moved around (not a big deal, I know I shouldn’t have left items in there to begin with) and also it seemed like more door dings were there than when I brought it in, but my car was dirty when I brought it so maybe they were they before and I didn’t realize it but I’m just not sure. Other than that the repairs I came for looked good in the end.
