From the start the experience was terrific. The whole team at bay cities auto body was great. I’d like to point at two specific employees who went above and beyond. Melissa from the first phone call to the checkout process was extremely courteous and professional. She kept me updated on timeframe of when part would arrive. Very communicative on when the tow truck would pick up our vechicle. Also like to give a huge thank you to Geovany. His professional was also great. Explaining to me the process and timeframe of ordering part. How the part is put back together. And breaking down every detail going forward.
