ABOUT BAY CUSTOM AUTO Bay Custom Auto has been operating since 1981 in the collision repair business. Starting as a mechanical repair business in 1971. A company that is based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining independent repair shops in the Hampton Roads area, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. From the drop off to the pickup, the office staff was amazing!! Also, having the same person appraise the car (estimate), do the work, and follow up to bring car around for me was excellent- This is the way it should be. You made it so easy to get my car fixed- accident wasn’t my fault so I dreaded the whole experience I might have to go through , only to have the best possible place to assist w the fix!!

My review is mixed, visible body work looks good, staff was polite. But communication and follow up regarding a coolant issue I hasn’t experienced before hand with my car completely breaking down the day after pick up was very disappointing.
