ABOUT BAY CUSTOM AUTO Bay Custom Auto has been operating since 1981 in the collision repair business. Starting as a mechanical repair business in 1971. A company that is based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining independent repair shops in the Hampton Roads area, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. Our quality and determination for customer satisfaction is one of the main reasons for our success. Bay Custom was great. They handled everything with my insurance. My truck looks like it was never in a wreck and they even handled stoping the clock on my rental car and having the rental business come pick it up at their shop. They also kept me informed on how everything was going along the way. Best of all they got the work done quick and I hand my truck back in about a week.

Dedria even arranged to have my vehicle delivered to my home after it was repaired because I needed to tend to a matter out of the state. Fortunately, my home was less than two miles from the repair shop.

Besides the car looking great, my appraiser Deirdre went way beyond normal customer care to help me get this done around some extremely stressful personal issues, was incredibly patient with long communications gaps due to that situation, and allowed me to be totally worry fres about the repairs. The car looks great and the price was great. Thanks to Bay Custom and I will highly recommend to everyone I know to go to these wonderful folks.

First the car looks great. They do the work right. Second they kept their word. Third they saved me money by suggesting parts I was unaware of as in a used headlight vice a new one. But mostly they care about me as a person and a customer. I was overwhelmed with a personal hospital situation and they just took care of the car and told me to call when I could but not to worry they would be there for me. I can’t remember when I dealt with a business that actually cared not just said it and didn’t really. I recommend Bay Custom to everyone and hope for their great success before they turn into every other body shop in the area
