A company that is based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining independent repair shops in the Hampton Roads area, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. Our quality and determination for customer satisfaction is one of the main reasons for our success. They supposedly ordered a part that was never ordered. My car sat for 6 months. Call several times without a return phone call. I was hung up on several times while waiting for someone to give me answers. I finally had to go to the place. The manager took over the situation. Ordered the part and in front of me. I dropped the car off and my car was repaired in two weeks.

Did a very good job with repairs and you can’t even tell I was hit in the first place. Really easy to work with the employees because of the amazing customer service skills. No phone tag trying to get in touch, very open about what they had planned for the car, gave me updates when I called and gave an in depth description of where they were at in the repair process, and they know how to do their job with the best of their abilities.
