ABOUT BAY CUSTOM AUTO Bay Custom Auto has been operating since 1981 in the collision repair business. Starting as a mechanical repair business in 1971. A company that is based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining independent repair shops in the Hampton Roads area, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. Our quality and determination for customer satisfaction is one of the main reasons for our success. Great experience here! Girls at the front are welcoming and knowledgeable. Paul was my estimator and was amazing! He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and returned my calls very quickly. Hopefully I don’t have to return for anymore collision repairs, but if I ever do I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
