A company that is based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining independent repair shops in the Hampton Roads area, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. As you may know, good or bad, customer service can make or brake a business... the two ladies at the customer service desk called my estimator, Ms.Deidra to assist me... this is when my exceptional experience began... from greeting me with a handshake and a smile - til I picked up my vehicle, she made it a 5 star experience... I felt welcome, respected (she listened), she allowed her top notch experience to surface when she explained things to me... she was professional, knowledgeable, seemed to care, humorous, just a beautiful person inside/out... she kept me advised with my vehicle service... she's good!
