ABOUT BAY CUSTOM AUTO Bay Custom Auto has been operating since 1981 in the collision repair business. Starting as a mechanical repair business in 1971. A company that is based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining independent repair shops in the Hampton Roads area, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. Our quality and determination for customer satisfaction is one of the main reasons for our success. We've previously had repair work done at Bay Custom and each time the work has been exceptional. This time we had to have two doors replaced on the driver's side and the rear quarter repaired. The car looks brand new. They did a great job matching the paint on our 2019 Lexus. It looks fantastic.

Bay custom auto did everything they promised me . Kept in touch on my progress , very polite staff and Tim was my in charge guy . Very good place and I would definitely recommend. My paint is black with small glitter , phantom black . They matched in perfectly.
