ABOUT BAY CUSTOM AUTO Located in the heart of Newport News, Bay Custom Auto has been operating since 1981 in the collision repair business. Starting as a mechanical repair business in 1971, Bay Custom moved to its current location in 1981. The original founder, Ron George, built a company based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining businesses in Denbigh, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. Our quality and determination for customer satisfaction is one of the main reasons for our success. They did great job on my truck ins company did not want to dix my truck the rite way bay custom did it the rite way on there own and wet sand and buffed my truck for free because that is what needed to be done but peogressive would not pay for it bay custom is 100 percent there to make sure customer is taken care of
