ABOUT BAY CUSTOM AUTO Located in the heart of Newport News, Bay Custom Auto has been operating since 1981 in the collision repair business. Starting as a mechanical repair business in 1971, Bay Custom moved to its current location in 1981. The original founder, Ron George, built a company based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining businesses in Denbigh, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. Just wished everything was totally checked before they called me to tell me my car was ready. Appraiser just pulled my car around and explained about the tpms light inside my car. Never even showed me the repair to the body work. I had to mention it. And lucky I did because my side mirror cover was not on my car! I will say everything was great from start to finish until I picked my car up. That was the only bad part. The wait for something that should have already been checked.
