I am beyond impressed with Bay Auto. For starters, I was greeted by the warm and caring staff members when I arrived. They not only answered my questions in a clear and professional manner, they did it all while making me feel welcomed into the "family". I had no doubt that I was in good hands. Once the repairs begin, the communication was outstanding. I knew exactly what was going on and when it would be completed. Once completed, I was happy with how it turned out.
