It meant a lot to me that the staff was very communicative - I didn’t have to chase down information. When I had a scheduling conflict they were flexible with my pick up date. Everyone was patient when there was a glitch with my deductible. When I noticed a little skid on my door it was taken care of quickly and pleasantly. When I delivered my car, I interacted with a customer who was picking up hers and she expressed her complete satisfaction with Bay, which was encouraging. I’m pleased to report that she was right! The thing is the amount of time and push back of being ready. I had to pay one day out of pocket for my rental which was not expected.
