The representative explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout each step, and my vehicle was completed exactly when promised. Your staff did an outstanding job on my car. I would recommend anyone that have any problems with their vehicles to Bay. I am biased because I used to work there for Bay Chevrolet in 1994 through 96.
