The repair shop completed the paint job on the Kia Carnival but was unable to reattach my front bumper correctly. The front bumper driver side above the wheel keeps popping out. I brought it back to get it fixed. All he did was push it back in place. I drove it home and it was still not attached correctly. I’m not saying with the repair at all.

Brendan was amazing throughout the whole process. I have horrible anxiety he made the process reassuring. My car is truly my baby the accident was a huge stressor and dealing with insurance and the back and forth was a lot. My car looks great. The damage and the accident was really traumatic and dealing with insurance was really difficult but Brendan was consistently fantastic and when I finally picked up my car the amazing customer service matched the overall look of the repair and he briefly explained the warranty that was on the paperwork given to me and happily answered any questions I had before I left the shop.
