Nice job on my car taillight repair even though it took a week to complete. It would have been REALLY nice if your 1st text could have included the REASON for the delay. ( Saw in the paperwork that the wrong one was sent on the first taillight order.) That was never mentioned so I was getting ticked that it was taking so long. I would have understood If I had known the reason. Just something for y'all to remember the next time my car needs a repair. And I REALLY appreciate the car wash and interior cleaning. Justen was clear with me describing the work that needed to be done. He also set expectations on how long the work would take and kept me informed. The repair was done in the expected time . I was able to inspect the work which was performed beautifully. As a bonus my car was cleaned more than I expected. A + work

EXCELLENT!!! They even cleaned my weather tech floor mat. Will come out to my house and put on last piece of molding when it comes in. Cant ask for better than that.
