The car was dropped off on December 1st 2025 with a 2 week repair time. That then turned into multiple layers of issues that were not seen until the car was taken apart. 2 weeks turned into 2 months of my vehicle sitting and waiting to be returned. My calls for updates were met with “we’re doing our best and I’ll call back later this week”. I never once received a phone call back, I always had to call back. I was extremely patient given it was holidays, bad weather etc but my time and patience was taken advantage of. I had to eventually call and ask to speak to the supervisor to get something done about my car being returned to me. Their communication was nonexistent up Until then.

They did an awesome job on my truck. It looks great. The guy that took care of it all was very friendly and answered all and any questions I had about what going on with it. I would recommend them to anyone .very pleased
