Took 7 months to get around to fix a blemish on the roof of my new car. In process broke my windshield and rear 3rd light. Also lost my handicap hanger that was on my front seat. Other that that Marsha was very nice.

Warranty work for windshield. Bracket to secure the windshield was broken and put on back order... explained by the Bell Ford Rep. After inspecting work at home noticed that the paint had been scratched near the area of the broken bracket. Windshield was not properly cleaned inside or out.

I’m not satisfied with the repair. They damaged the fender well trim because they didn’t want to take the time to remove. There’s dirt specs in the paint and the finish wet sand / buff is ehhh. I was under the impression that the finish product would be much better.
