marsha was great! One of the best customer services/ body shop people ever. and its been awhile since I've said that. I guess the number I chosed (6) is based off of how i received my truck. I paid for a ceramic coating and when I went and picked it up it was covered in dust. I waited a day or two before I picked it up and thats the way I got it. I still can't tell if it looks good or not because I havent had a chance to wash it. im sure its fine but like I mentioned not sure because it was covered in dust.

like I mentioned Marsha did a wondering for job. she gets a 10 out of 10. but my only complaint is that my truck was covered in dust and customer service didn't ask anything about what I thought of my truck. of course they didn't because they didn't care

The wonderful team at bell ford collision left me with happy tears after receiving my car back from being repaired. They made her look and feel brand new all over again. The team was very kind and informing during the whole process. Shout out to Pam and Ed for all of the work they did for me and shout out the repair team for all their hard work.
