Ford absolutely went above and beyond with their service. The team was incredibly helpful and thorough in looking into all the fixes that needed to be addressed. What truly impressed me was that they took the extra step to investigate an additional issue that wasn’t even originally considered—and they were able to confirm it was also covered under warranty. That level of care and attention made a huge difference. I’m extremely happy with the service and support I received and truly appreciate their commitment to doing the right thing for their customers.

The service from brian paravinci and his mechanics was excellent. The did a really great job with the windows and the door its as if it was never broken. Blew me away with washing the car given the windshield. Ford was exceptional shouts out to their General Manager and manager team...

Based on most recent repair quality, I can’t say I would recommend the collision department. Quality of work from previous repair (2022) was much better.

Paint has imperfections and there is dust/debris that was painted over. Also you can see the shape of where the bumper was repaired. Meaning, you can see where there is buildup of material used to patch scratches, etc. on bumper cover.
