I was throughly satisfied with the repairs to my car. Ben Clymer's Auto Body repair made a bad situation into a great day when I picked up my car. They went above and beyond to return my car to top condition. I can't recommend Ben Clymer's higher for service they did a great job.

I would recommend your shop for repairs, but emphasize that the customer would need to be diligent with ensuring that all aspects of the vehicle were returned to working order. I would be honest in my experience and let the customer make an educated decision.

The staff was wonderful. The work flow from drop off to vehicle pick up were seamless. The quality of repair, replacement, and painting were professional and efficient. My only issue is that who ever put everything back together did not reconnect my rear driverside lights upon reassembling the bumper. I drive for up to 3 days with my "tail light" out. At which time I had to research and breakdown the rear light assembly and plug the unit in and the reassemble the multiple panels back. 2 of the clips were gone and to replace that part it is going to cost me out of pocket $260. When I called to speak to Jose, he was not available at the time and I was assured he would call me back, and I have still not had a return call. I am not 100% satisfied by the entire process and now I have a broken panel that will need to be replaced and paid for by me. Making me the victim of an accident twice.

The office at the Palm Desert shop made me feel 💯 at ease when I handed over my keys up front and transparent we were always on the same page . Jose called me at the end of the day to inform of progress Keith sent emails at the end of the day the entire time my vehicle was having repairs done.
