Evan was Great. Very polite, greeted me before I came thru door. Explain everything to me we're i understood. Kept me updated. Always answer phone & talked like he knew me. Also the guy who had to 2nd his initial estimate.

The communication was absolutely horrible. I made multiple phone calls with no answer. Left multiple messages with no return call. Send a couple emails with no return email. Very discouraging to say the least.

I was very, very pleased with my experience with the body shop at Ben Mynatt Nissan. My RAM truck was heavily damaged from a falling tree during the thunderstorm of July 15th. I was trying to determine where to have the truck towed for the repairs. Earlier this year my son's truck was hit in an intersection. He did some comparison research and decided to take his RAM truck to Ben Mynatt for the repairs. He was very pleased with their work and recommend them to me. The damage was pretty extensive. The roof was damaged as well as the hood, the drivers door frame and the driver's-side door mirror. These all had to be replaced. The repairs took time but the technicians were very good about keeping me informed throughout the process! Many of the parts had to be ordered due to the extent of the damage. They also worked very well with my insurance company to make the entire process a smooth transition. To sum it up, I was very satisfied and I highly recommend the workers and staff at Ben Mynatt Nissan to anyone needing accident damage repair for their vehicle.
