I took my car there to have it repaired because it was the only place open before the Holliday. I drove 45 miles to do so! However when the repairs were complete the car rode like crap! I had to return my car to the body shop. They claim another issue with the car that the repair shop refused to fix. Needless to say I had to have my car towed to another facility for repairs that they claimed was my fault. Even with the accident my car drove fine to their facility. I have documents to prove so. Now all of a sudden after they fixed it I have an issue. It is not good customer service to blame the customer when you are in charge of fixing the car. Accidents cause damage repair shops are supposed to fix damage cars not send you home with a 50% car. I did not feel safe in my car and that is why I brought it back. The staff was very friendly! I am disappointed with the way my car was claimed to be repaired.
