My car had half a rank of gas when I dropped it off. It was on an 1/8 of a tank when I picked it up. I NEVER drive it below half. To me, half is empty and it gets filled at or near half consistently . Also ,on the way home,I heard a terrible ticking sound from the driver side rear tire and didn't have work done there to find a foot long stick jammed in the plastic housing behind the tire. Apparently someone went for a joyride we are filing a formal Complaint. We have had work done here before and was extremely satisfied. We are quite unhappy about all of this. This time. As far as repairing what they were supposed to do, so far so Good. They had the car for a full six days. A long time. Now we know why!!!

I saw one litty-bitty mark on my bumper but my husband said I was being too picky because he couldn't see it until I showed it to hom. Other than that it was fine.
