I was not updated to the progress until the repair was complete. I had to call for updates. I also asked for a quote to repair another area that was not related to me. The work that was performed seems to be very good. Time will tell when I can see it on a day that is not as cloudy.

I'm absolutely disappointed in my repair. My car came back with a 2nd noise it didn't have before I took it there. Brain Smith in the body shop was very rude after I tried to address the issue. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and will never recommend Ben Mynatt to any one.
