No major complaints; everyone was friendly and professional. I had to call once, to get status on the repair, that was the one bit of a hiccup. The guy on the other end came off completely wrong. Fortunately, I had already met a lot of folks there, and didn’t jump to conclusions. Plus, they were always great in person. but that phone call was a bit of an adventure.

I was completely satisfied . Paul vega totaly went out of his way to check things on my vehicle and to make sure of what i wanted . I am greatful however at this time i have not got work done because i couldnt make up my mind if i wanted to get bumper fender replaced or to put a offroad bumper fender on it . I have decided to put the original bumper fender on it . I just hope ipac body shop wii give me a 2nd chance to get it fixed. Again ipac body shop is th best . Both in the work they do and customer relations
