I have a couple of issues that have not been resolved. When I called on Friday, was told it was Julian’s last day so he could not come to the phone. I received a card from another individual when I was there and asked for him. I was told he was going on vacation so probably that would not be a good idea. I called several times and was hard to get someone on the line other than the person answering the phones. I was told to go on to the Bodyshop to speak with someone. The work on my Jeep took over a month, due to waiting on parts or receiving the wrong parts. I can’t be taking be taking time from home to get a question answered.
