I am the owner of the vehicle I gave my email and Phone # but instead on Fri the call for my car being ready was made to the insurance policy owner's home who was out of town thus delaying me from picking up my vehicle until Mon.. Inadequate and unprofessional service

No communication within the office. We had to wait another weekend because you did not order equipment all at once to repair. (Tire) We were given faulty OME and had to wait an additional week! Office unable to produce a receipt.

I understood that the bumpers are slightly a different color than the rest of my vehicle cuz they are plastic. If the bumper in the front is a little darker than the rest of my vehicle I think common sense the back bumper would be painted the same color as front one so my car so I would not have 3 colors . I picked up my car after 2nd attempt and not even aligned the bumper properly or painted the edges right. Very upset with service .. never in my life will get any vehicle get bodywork at your shop.

When I call I pac body shop To tell them that I was sending my vehicle they told me that they would call me when they would get it and we would have a walk through review never did I get that you would have been nice.
