The staff are amazing!! From the moment my car was brought in they were concerned about my well-being and wanted to make sure I was OK after the accident. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair, and we’re friendly and personable. They checked their work repeatedly to make sure everything is the way it’s supposed to be. They really have an old-school work ethic that shows in every repair they do. Benz is the only place I will ever trust with my car!

In a single word Benz is outstanding! My car was hit when a guy ran a stop sign leaving my car in operable. I called Benz and had it towed there. Upon arrival Sam, Sami, and Melissa were there to greet me and offer me water and check on my well-being. They made sure my car was safely stored inside as I still had some personal items in it. They are caring, experts in their field, and reasonably priced. It was a lengthy process because of the extent of the damage but Sami made sure everything was perfect before returning my vehicle to me. I received updates weekly, was able to call if I had any questions and never felt like I was bothering them. If you want professional, compassionate, amazing quality work then take your car to Benz!
