Our experience at Caliber was great! It was so easy. I came for an estimate, easily got an estimate/appointment and rental care; my repair was done early and they returned the rental. The repair looked great and the car was extremely clean/detailed. Their staff was also extremely helpful, especially Max Glasner.

Caliber did a great job overall, and I was very impressed with the quality of the repairs and the service provided. The only concern I have is that they started repairing the side trim/framing below both doors. One side was completed, and the passenger side was more than halfway finished but left incomplete. Since the repair had already been started, I was hoping the remaining section could have been completed as well, as the unfinished area stands out and affects the overall appearance. I appreciate the caliber team taking pride in their work.
