Although their was a little confusion & not a lot of updates I would still highly recommend this repair shop because they are fair, honest && saved my vehicle from the horrible damage! Any time I called they were happy to answer any and all of my questions. Thank you!

I would recommend the work but not to drop off the car until they have the parts. My car was there too many days before parts arrived based on their guidance. My car ended up having these stains that looked like tree sap ALL over it. It took another half a day and me going back to the shop to get it removed.

It was disappointing only that I had to discover for myself that the front splitter protector wasn’t properly sealed due to an incorrect part. I do expect excellent service from Benz Collision, as that’s been my experience in the past. I also found the restroom untidy.

Great service and clearly skilled people in their craft. When i picked up my car its as if the damage was never there. Even were nice enough to detail my car inside and out. 10/10 will go back and would recommend.
