I had a great experience overall. The receptionist was kind, welcoming, and kept me informed throughout the process. Carlos, the shop manager, took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, making sure I understood each step. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and communication.

Carlos did a fantastic job fixing the damage on the car and repainting. The car is working like normal. He even went out of the way to offer fixing the primary door handle lock from a previous break in if I returned the car later after buying parts.

Carlos was incredibly professional and helpful with going over what was fixed, how long everything would take, and pointing out any other safety defects the car might have outside of the crash.
