From the moment I called in and arrived at Ben’s collision I was incredibly impressed. They were very accommodating, considering I was running a little late and they even waited to make sure that I arrive safely. They gave me a very fair estimation, communicated very clearly what they were planning on doing, and reassured me that they would take good care of my car when I picked up my car two days later I was very impressed by how well done the work was. They also took the time to wash my car inside and out. I would highly recommend them.

The replacement of my bumper was flawless. They were quick to repair my vehicle and return it in a timely manner. On top of that, they gave my car a quick vacuum that absolutely made the difference. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Benz Collision was recommended by AAA, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was so easy to work with Jackie was incredibly professional and friendly, and she took the time to answer all my questions. I also loved the automated text updates; it was so much easier than having to call for status reports. Mohammad personally inspected the damage and gave me a much more reasonable quote than the other two shops I visited. Since this was my first time dealing with an insurance claim, I was nervous, but they made the whole process incredibly smooth.

Fue el primer accidente que tengo de este tipo... Estaba muy preocupado pero me dijeron que mi automóvil estaria listo en cierta cantidad de dias y así fue, realmente extrañaba mi auto por su espacio y comodidad y quedo como nuevo... Gracias.!!!
