The whole team was awesome! We were actually intending to get a quote only per State Farm requirements, then transfer the work to Toyota right next door. After speaking with the repair tech assigned to our case, we felt very confident that we could have Berger do this work instead. Glad we did!

Got my car back on the 10th day. Loaner car was not very satisfactory. My car looked very good. Had a problem with my onstar as soon as I picked my car up which I just had replaced and was working great

Berger collision center absolutely went beyond my expectations with fixing my car after I hit a deer. They even finished one day early and supplied me with a great loaner car so I could still do what I needed to do for the 6 days my car was in the shop. They even went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car, vacuumed the carpets and dusted. It smelled like a brand new car again. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and explained things in ways I could easily understand, especially since this was my first time putting in a claim like this. Alden McAfee was great during the whole process. Thank you!
