Absolutely the only place you should go for body work. They are professional, reasonable and do the best body work. I have been to several body shops around town (thanks to teenage drivers) and would have to go back repeatedly because their repairs didn't stick (ie trim work flying off while at highway speeds), the paint didn't match or they didn't complete all of the body work requested. Pfeiffer Collision is the best and because of that, I go nowhere else! Thank you Pfeiffer for your exceptional customer service and body work. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure you will see me again soon!! 🙏🏻

I brought my Nautilus in for a PDR. The repair was good. The Technician who did the repair neglected to take care of 2 smaller scratches under the major one. I inquired about why that wasn’t repaired, and the office girl, who came out to look at it said that it couldn’t be repaired by PDR and it would need to be painted. The scratch was faint, as was the 2 other to the right of the deeper scratch, all of which were repaired. For whatever reason, the technician neglected repairing it. I contacted another repair place who said that it should have been taken care of with PDR. I put my trust in your company that I would get a great repair. Extremely disappointed and will pass my experience on.

I would recommend to every one anytime. This was not in network with my boss’ insurance, but Pfeiffer dealt with everything they threw at them or tried to deny.

Rob Gulley was truly such an amazing person. He kept me informed and fought every step of the way to get my boss’ insurance company to cooperate with the repairs using pen parts and not manufactured parts that they kept trying to insist on. Somehow Pfeiffer Collision made my car look better than ever. They did such an amazing job. They even fully detailed in and out of it before having me pick it up I was so thankful as I was not able to wash the exterior of my car with fear of causing water damage. The dead bugs were gone!! I would highly recommend Pfeiffer Collision and Rob Gulley and the whole team that got my baby back together again!! Now I just need to keep my boss away from my parked car lol!!
