I would tell them the work was good but you need to take it in for an estimate especially if you are paying for part or all of the bill,and get a second estimate

The repair is fine so far. The only thing with the whole experience was the video estimate. The final bill should not be more than double the first estimate. You might want to scrap the video estimate like the back of my car.
