I am very dissatisfied with the service you provided. I was left without a vehicle for four days. I sent emails to my adjuster, Mackenzie, and she never replied to my emails or answered my phone calls. I am a business owner and suffered a loss of sales due to the lack of transportation. I am a very loyal customer, I always pay my insurance on time, and receiving this kind of service was completely unsatisfactory. I am very disappointed in your services, and I am considering switching insurance providers due to what happened. I also asked to speak to her supervisor. I spoke with the supervisor, and she just apologized and told me there was nothing she could do to reimburse me for the days of work I lost, saying that wasn’t covered under my policy.
