I have no complaints on the car repair directly. You did a wonderful job of getting the car ready and also cleaning the car afterwards as well. Where there could be room for improvement was communication. Twice I was given an expectation of a finish time, as well as a response reach out time, both of which were missed. I did call and was able to understand the reasons why but it would’ve been nice to have been reached out to beforehand to let me know the timeframe would need to be pushed out.
