The bodywork done was superb, but I took my vehicle in June 1 and did not get it returned until July 10. Poor information about the status of the project and of the delays. I know there were extenuating circumstances right richard way too many times to find out what was going on and then I was told it wouldn’t be ready on the 10th and two days later was going to be ready and I only found out it was gonna be ready because I called to ask about a rental car expect more from bergstrum

Updates were appreciated and detailed from Chandler, pick up was surprisingly not detailed and when I asked to do a walk around and look at what was done the advisor said he didn’t know and I’d have to come back when Chandler was working.

At the moment I don't recommend it. But I know that we can all make mistakes and make mistakes and well it's something that can happen but just recognizing the mistake serves to trust again

1 Unfortunately there was an unacceptable situation because I left my car to be repaired and it turned out that they gave me the useless car they say that the car was like this but that is not true the car arrived well and they never notified that the car was unusable I have been a week without a car and you do not answer because you still have my keys and the car is in your hands.

1 They were offended and upset when I told them that I wanted my car as I had left it and I felt ignored because they made me wait a long time while they walked around the workshop ignoring that I was there to tell me that I had left my car in that state. Only the person in the office was kind
