Repair was wonderful. When I made my appointment I was told it would be about a week. After I dropped it off the date was updated to 20 days later, this was before the estimate was completed. I wish I'd been told before hand or been given the option to drive my car while waiting for parts. I also could have postponed my repair to a time when things were less busy, if I had know. Otherwise everything was great.

Interior panels were not correctly installed, tint on front passenger window scratched, multiple exterior scratches that were not preexisting prior to repair, stated is was being cleaned prior to pick up and dirt was everywhere on the interior & exterior from repair.
