I have new scratches and marks since dropping off my vehicle to be fixed. The timeline was completely ridiculous and there was not nearly enough communication when things kept getting prolonged

They were nice at drop off and pick up but the communication in between was poor at best. Every time a deadline passed, I had to call for information because no one let me know what was going on or why things were taking so much longer than they were supposed to

Everything went smoothly except I got my car home and noticed a drop of glue or epoxy on the hood so I’ll need to take it back to have this removed.
