I had such a great experience with Better Collision! My vehicle was repaired quickly and efficiently, and to my surprise, they even returned it to me cleaner on the inside than when I dropped it off. Cheryl kept me informed every step of the way—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. I also appreciated the texting and online check-in features, which were super convenient compared to other shops I’ve used. Carlos gave me a follow-up call and was very professional and helpful, which really showed the level of customer care this shop provides. If I ever need repairs in the future, I know exactly where I’m going!

Carlos was superb. I’ve never experienced such customer service from a repair shop. I’ve had my vehicle for almost 6 years and this is the first shop I’ve been to that I felt actually cared about me and my vehicle and I wasn’t just a ticket number.
