I still do not have my car because your company has been negligent and repairing my car. You are at fault for the damage and the black mold. Trey told me he would replace the interior of the car now he changed his mind and just wants to have mold remediation. Trey has been nothing but rude, condescending, disrespectful and trying to bully me into something that I do not agree to. My car was left with your company to be repaired not destroyed. This has put me in a very bad predicament.

You destroyed my car! It is a brand new car that I can no longer drive! You left it out in the rain. Inches of water that ruined all the items in my car along with the interior. There is Black mold all over my car that will never be restored! The sad part is you knew and tried to hand off my car to me as if nothing happened.
