Between the delays, missed delivery dates, and now the overspray on the wheel, I would not recommend Better Collision unless there were no other viable options.

This was a relatively simple repair, with no replacement parts needing to be ordered. Despite the estimates of completion time, at least three completion dates were missed and the repair took a total of more than three weeks (originally estimated at 10 business days). Additionally, two days after picking up the car, I noticed significant paint overspray on the aluminum wheel near the location of the repair (which was not damaged or repaired). Frustrating to say the least.

I really appreciated that they offered a warranty on a repairs. They were very timely with the repairs and good about communication. Some of the most fair and reasonable prices I’ve seen from a body shop in the area. I would definitely recommend them in the future and I’ll assuredly be back👍👍👍👍👍

Repair quality was great, paint matched and blended well. The fender had been pushed back so it does rub the door on open but it’s not concerning. Only complaint was the replacement fog light wasn’t hooked up. It’s not the end of the world, I’ll connect it when I get a chance. Overall repair quality was amazing so I can’t really complain. I’ll be back if I need future repairs and I’ll be referring others as well.

I hear a clicking noise and was told to take it where Better Collision took it to be repair. I did not deal with the 2nd party so why should I have to take it to the 2nd party
