Paint not matched correctly. Replaced parts do not match rest of car. Was misled to believe it would even out in 30 days. There were also initial problems with the way things were fitted together. Waiting to hear how Better Collision will make this right.

Parts poorly fitted to car, hood wouldn't open, paint poorly matched. Manager mislead and made excuses for each problem. I just wanted it to be right, but I was not rude.
