You would think with all the advancements in our world today technology Internet, text messages, etc. that this would’ve been a smooth process unfortunately you guys missed the mark. I would definitely not recommend better collision to anyone. In fact I tell him to stay far away.

Appointment was scheduled one month in advance, parts and materials. Whenever ordered truck took three weeks to complete. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the truck was not complete. Several parts are missing and we will have to return at least one more occasion for completion. Additionally, better collision remove the top part of the tailgate and never put it back on. We are fortunate not to have lost this part on the way home last week. We had 17 pounds of pressure in the car with no driver side mirror. the truck wasn’t safe for the road and you guys sent my wife home with it.

When possible please give a realistic time frame of completion. Perhaps if damage isn’t major the car could be brought in after the part arrives. I appreciated the polite staff.

The quality of the work , the customer service and the follow up and communications are excellent. Our rating only reflects the length of time for a part which meant almost 4 weeks in the shop and with a rental. The staff was great about getting extensions and approvals from our insurance company. Perhaps in the future ordering the part before starting the work would help. Good company and staff and we will recommend
