Had a few issues at pickup, a part wasn't in, the headlight was scratched, waiting on a replacement, the hood was crooked, waiting on a replacement. We got stranded because the battery cable want hooked up correctly. My husband was able to correct that once we realized the issue that the hookup wasn't tightened just put in place. But the work that was done correctly looks great.

I am totally satisfied with the repair. However, the repairman should have been honest and told me the repair could not extend to the ding in the adjacent door. I woud have understood if he told me I needed a separate order, but he left me thinking that it might be repaired.

A 9 for the female staff that helps customers at the front desk. The repairman received a 9 for the excellent repair of the scratch on the passenger door of my car, but he was not upfront about the ding in the other door, thus my lower rating.

when i picked my car up the speakers in the door that was repaired were not operating. the speakers on my driver side door were making sound but incredibly muffled. My husband had to take the morning off the following Monday to bring the car back. The right side door was fixed and was told the left door speaker must just be a “coincidence”. Both speakers were working when I dropped the car off. Very disappointing
